April 23. Last night the revamped powerhouse from Franklin Ma, 6SHY, debuted their new bass player Richie Itch. It was a perfect fit. Richie messed up the same songs we did, at the right time, and even got his bass to go out of tune at the same points that our guitars went out. It was so beautiful. The one complaint that we have about Richie is that he is so much more pretty to look at than the rest of the band, he is an Addonis. But, I guess we will have to learn that even though he might be better looking, have more friends, have goals and accomplishments, a job, a future and basically more going for him, we can still breathe.

April 1. Last nights show with "The Proposal" at Wheaton college was the proverbial "Cat's Meow". 6SHY gave the crowd an eargasm from the first line of "Punch" to the last out of tune twang of  "Until then". Like the consumate professional that he is, Nick Rophelia waited till 6 songs into the set to run to the bathroom, Mik Rawk puked on a bike rack, The Z went home and erased friendships after getting obliterated, and Jon Areeya woke up with a tatoo across his chest from the "I love UFO's" note he wrote on his hand in permanent marker the night before and then slept on all night. All in all, just another night of thrills from a pile of part time rockstars.

FEBRUARY 24, 2005-- Hello 6SHYonians. We have finished the recording of our long awaited second release, "What's in God's CD Player?" And, as we feared, it sucks. We tried to make it good, but we failed miserably, in usual 6SHY fashion. Oh well, at least we aren't U2 or somthing, we still have that going for us. If by some planetary alignment condition or just temporary insanity, you want to order one, go to our tunes page and you can do so. Keep liking bad music, it keeps crappy, half-assed, mediocre songwriters such as ourselves in business.
